Returning goods if they are faulty
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting email@example.com. Please include as many details as possible about the order, including your order number and the problem with the goods. We will be in contact within 24-48 business hours to rectify the situation for you. All faulty items are entitled to a full replacement or refund. If by chance your item in unavailable, you will be entitled to choose a different item or a full refund. We are unable to put faulty items on back order. Please allow reasonable processing times for refunds once we receive your item back.
Returning goods if you change your mind or need a different size
If by any chance you change your mind or need a different colour/size, you can return any goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit, at the price you purchased them. All credits will be issued via email, within a reasonable time of us receiving the goods back. If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging or stickers. All goods will be inspected on return. For change of mind, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return in a box to prevent any damage to the item.
